This set includes a stunning model of the LNER P2 "Cock O’ the North" Locomotive. The prototype was built in the 1930's to run up the final section of the East Coast Mainline hauling heavy passenger services along the demanding Line from London to Aberdeen. This set shows off the elegance of LNER rail travel combining a eye catching locomotive with the historic teak coaches often seen flying through the Scottish country side.

This set also includes an oval of Hornby track with left hand point and outside siding. There is also a Hornby controller, power track and connecting cables in the set so you can take it out the box, put it on a table and play.
