HOW TO ORDER

There are several ways you can order from us:-

We do not offer a Shopping Basket service as we do not run a secure site. However you can order from us by sending an email to: roxleymodels@btconnect.com.

The first time you will have to give your credit card details via fax, phone or post. Once we have your details we will keep them off computer and in future all you will have to do is give us your name and address and say that we already have your card number. Your order must of course in this case be for delivery to the cardholder's address.

We accept Mastercard, VISA, VISA Electron, Switch and Solo. We are sorry we do not accept American Express for mail order sales. This card can only be used in our Shop.

We also take cheques and international money orders.

If you are nearby you can always come and buy direct from our shop at 4 Beckley Parade,
(on the A246 Leatherhead to Guildford Road), Great Bookham , Surrey.

Our opening hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 10.00 - 4.30
and Saturday 10.00 - 4.00. We are shut on Thursdays and Sundays.

RESERVING MODELS

Sometimes models are in short supply so we advise contacting us as soon as possible. We will be happy to reserve a model for you while awaiting payment. We especially recommend reserving models pre-release as we have to place our orders some months in advance and some models sell out very quickly - this is certainly the case with EFE and OOC buses and the Corgi Aviation Archive.

You do not need to place a deposit and we will contact you when your model arrives. All reserved models are held for 28 days to allow for payment, after this they will go into stock.

DELIVERY

Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of your order although we are usuallly much quicker than this. If you require a model in a hurry please let us know and we will do our best to oblige you.

Should any items arrive damaged please return them as soon as possible. We will try to replace them and refund your postage.

POSTAGE & PACKING

At present our Rates vary as to what you are ordering, the size and value are taken into consideration and you will not be paying huge charges. Rates are competative and in some cases Free. Please discuss with Sally or Caroline when you place your order.

International postage is charged at cost. We will deduct the VAT outside the EU.
