Roxley Models gift vouchers are redeemable In-store only at our physical shop. At this time, our website does not support online voucher redemption.

Usage
Gift vouchers may be used as full or part payment for in-store purchases. No cash change will be given; however, any remaining balance will be carried forward and can be used on future purchases.

Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable
Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are non-transferable and may not be re-sold or used for promotional purposes without prior written consent.

Lost or Damaged Vouchers
Roxley Models is unable to replace vouchers that are lost, stolen, or damaged. Please treat them as you would cash.

Exclusions
Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for purchases made online, over the phone, or through third-party sellers or events.
